At TeePlus, we deliver across Kuwait and to selected international destinations. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Kuwait

Standard Delivery: 1.5 KWD — estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.

Express Delivery: 2 KWD — estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

Free Standard Delivery: Available on orders of 30 KWD or more.

Delivery options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout based on the order.

International Shipping

International delivery is currently available to the following GCC countries:

Saudi Arabia
United Arab Emirates
Qatar
Bahrain
Oman

Delivery Time: Estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Fees: International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total shipment weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

Some TeePlus products are made to order or customized and may require preparation before dispatch. The international delivery estimate refers to transit time after the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information may affect the estimated delivery time.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other destination-country charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Exchanges & Customized Items

Eligible non-customized products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Customized or personalized items made according to the customer's selections, artwork, or instructions cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
